To download a ProfitDrawer file bought on Etsy, sign in on Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser, open your account, go to Purchases (Purchases and reviews), and click Download Files next to the order. Etsy says digital purchases cannot be downloaded in the Etsy app at this time. Each bookkeeping spreadsheet from the shop downloads as 3 files: Bookkeeping-Template.xlsx, Google-Sheets-Setup.pdf and READ-ME-FIRST.pdf.
Steps:
- Go to Etsy.com in a web browser (not the Etsy app) and sign in.
- Open your account menu (You) and choose Purchases and reviews.
- Next to the ProfitDrawer order, click Download Files.
- Click each file to save it. If a file arrives as a ZIP, unzip it first (on a computer, double-click it or right-click and choose Extract).
Checked out as a guest? The receipt email Etsy sends after purchase contains the download link.
If something is not working:
- A gray download button means the payment is still processing. Try again shortly.
- If the links do nothing, turn off ad blockers or other browser add-ons and retry.
- Check spam, junk and promotions folders for Etsy's email saying your files are ready to download.
Etsy says there are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file, and files stay in Purchases unless the transaction is canceled. Next, open READ-ME-FIRST.pdf, then either open the .xlsx file in Excel or follow Google-Sheets-Setup.pdf to import it into Google Sheets. If a file will not download or open, message ProfitDrawer through Etsy.
