ProfitDrawer's digital products are delivered instantly, so they are not refunded for a change of mind once downloaded. If a file does not open, does not work as described, or you bought the wrong version by mistake, contact the shop within 14 days and it will fix the problem, swap the file or refund you. Purchases currently go through the Etsy shop, so refunds are handled through Etsy.
How to ask for help or a refund:
- Open the order in your Etsy purchases.
- Message ProfitDrawer from there (the Message seller button), saying what happened: the file name, whether you use Excel or Google Sheets, and what you see.
- ProfitDrawer usually replies within 2 hours and fixes the file, swaps it for the right version, or refunds you.
What is covered (within 14 days):
- A file that will not open.
- A file that does not calculate or does not work as described.
- Buying the wrong version by mistake, for example the wrong trade.
What is not covered: a change of mind after the files are downloaded.
Etsy's side: Etsy notes that digital listings cannot be returned or canceled, and that Etsy's Purchase Protection may apply if an item is not as described or never arrives. Etsy listing text for ProfitDrawer files says sales are final, with the same promise to fix the file or refund you if it will not open, will not calculate or is not as described.
