There is no published email address or phone line; use one of these two.
What to include so the file can be fixed on the first reply:
- The product name (for example, the cleaning business bookkeeping spreadsheet).
- Where you opened it: Excel (and version) or Google Sheets.
- What happened: the file will not download, will not open, a total looks wrong, or a tab shows an error.
- A screenshot if you can, and which tab and cell you were on.
Before you write: for Google Sheets, check you used File > Import with the .xlsx file, as shown in Google-Sheets-Setup.pdf. For download problems on Etsy, use a web browser rather than the Etsy app.
If a file does not open or does not work as described, the refund policy covers a fix, a swap or a refund within 14 days.
