Both. Every ProfitDrawer printable comes in US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) and A4 (210 x 297 mm), so you can print at home or at a print shop in the US or elsewhere, as often as you like. The two exceptions are the 2027 Digital Budget Planner, a landscape PDF made for note-taking apps, and the small business plan template, which is a US Letter .docx document.

Printing tips:
- Choose the file that matches your paper, then print at Actual size or 100% so lines and boxes stay to scale.
- A4 is slightly narrower and taller than US Letter, which is why separate files are included instead of one scaled file.
The setup guides are US Letter PDFs for the catalog spreadsheets (budget, mileage log, sinking funds and similar) and A4 PDFs for the trade bookkeeping spreadsheets. Spreadsheets themselves print from Excel or Google Sheets on whatever paper your printer is set to.
