What is the difference between a ProfitDrawer spreadsheet and a business kit?

Updated By ProfitDrawer

Short answer

A ProfitDrawer spreadsheet is a single bookkeeping workbook, while a business kit bundles that same spreadsheet with related files for one trade in one download. For example, the Cleaning Business Kit adds 10 gift certificate designs and a mileage log for up to 1,000 trips. Business kit files are the same as the products sold separately; startup kits add a business plan template plus a trade planner pre-filled with example costs and a launch checklist sold only in the kit.

What each kit includes (from the product files):

Kit Inside
Cleaning Business Kit Cleaning bookkeeping spreadsheet, 10 gift certificates, mileage log
Freelancer Business Kit Freelancer bookkeeping spreadsheet, invoice template, mileage log
HVAC Business Kit HVAC bookkeeping spreadsheet, mileage log, invoice template
Trucker Business Kit Truck driver bookkeeping spreadsheet, mileage log, invoice template, sinking funds tracker
Lash Tech and Nail Tech Business Kits Trade bookkeeping spreadsheet, 12 gift certificates, 8 price list layouts, client record pages
Cleaning, Lawn Care, Food Truck and Vending Machine Startup Kits Trade bookkeeping spreadsheet, startup planner with example costs, business plan template, printable launch checklist

How to choose:

  • Already running and only need to track money: the spreadsheet on its own.
  • Want the extra files for clients, such as gift certificates, invoices or price lists: a business kit.
  • Still planning the launch: a startup kit.

Each product is in its own folder; startup kits also have one READ-ME-FIRST for the whole kit. All ProfitDrawer purchases currently go through the ProfitDrawer Etsy shop.
