To fit a Google Sheet onto one printed page, select only the cells you need, click File > Print, choose Selected cells, set Orientation to Landscape for wide tables, pick smaller margins under Margins, and click Set custom page breaks to see where pages split and move the lines, since each rectangle prints on its own page. ProfitDrawer's Tax Summary tab is one block of 36 rows and 7 columns, which suits a single page for your accountant.
Steps (computer):
- Open the spreadsheet at sheets.google.com and select the cells you want on the page.
- Click File > Print.
- In the print selection menu, choose Selected cells (or Current sheet).
- Under Orientation, choose Landscape for a wide table or Portrait for a long one.
- Under Paper size, pick your paper, for example US Letter or A4.
- Under Margins, click Normal and choose a smaller margin type, or click Custom numbers.
- Click Set custom page breaks, drag the lines to where pages should break, then click Confirm breaks.
- Click Next. If you use Chrome, click Print; in Firefox or Safari a PDF downloads that you print from your PDF viewer.
If it still spills onto 2 pages: hide columns you do not need, narrow wide columns, or print fewer rows at a time.
Headers and footers: click Headers & footers to add page numbers or the sheet name.
Printing to PDF the same way gives you a file to email or keep with your records.
